Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Moonlinky (“Moonlinky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moonlinky website (moonlinky.com) and all related products, services and features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using any part of the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept all of the Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Updates to the Terms
Moonlinky may change, replace or add to these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. We will post the current version at moonlinky.com/terms; the “Effective Date” above indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- Minimum age — You must be at least 18 years old (or 13–17 with verifiable parental/guardian consent) and legally able to form binding contracts.
- One account — Creating multiple accounts (unless allowed by your subscription) or using automated sign-ups is prohibited.
- Registration data — You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it current.
- Security — You are fully responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity on or through your account.
- Username rules — Usernames must not infringe rights, impersonate others, or be offensive.
- Prohibited uses — You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or offensive activities; violation results in immediate termination.
3. Fees, Payments & Billing
- Payment method. You must supply a valid payment instrument and billing details for any paid plan.
- Moonlinky transaction fee. Certain plans include a percentage fee on transactions processed through your profile (see the pricing page).
- Processing fees. Payments are routed through third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal); their fees are deducted from your proceeds.
- Subscription cycles & renewals. Subscriptions bill in advance (monthly or annual) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the cycle ends.
- Free trials. Charges begin automatically once the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
- Fee changes. We may modify pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after changes means acceptance.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
4. Content Standards & Prohibited Material
Moonlinky prohibits content that is illegal, harmful, misleading or exploitative. Examples:

| Dishonest behaviour | Hacking tools, non-consensual tracking, phishing. |
| Misrepresentation | Deceptive claims, manipulated media, false affiliation. |
| Malware | Code that harms or gains unauthorized access to devices. |
| Sexual content | Graphic or non-consensual sexual material; sexual services. |
| Child exploitation | Any content that sexualises or endangers minors. |
Accounts breaching these rules will be terminated without notice and all data deleted.
5. Your Content & Licence
- You own—or must have rights to—the content you post and are liable for it.
- You grant Moonlinky a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, publish and display your content for operating and improving the Service.
- Content you post may become public; you bear all associated risks.
- We reserve the right to remove or modify content that breaches these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Except for user-generated content, the Service (including code, design and trademarks) is the exclusive property of Moonlinky and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service as intended.
7. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel anytime via your dashboard; cancellation is immediate and deletes all data. Moonlinky may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason, especially breaches of these Terms. Sections that naturally survive termination (e.g., liability limits, IP) remain effective.
8. Modifications to the Service
Moonlinky may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time without liability.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Moonlinky disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid Moonlinky in the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify Moonlinky from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You and Moonlinky submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
12. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Service may link to external sites. Moonlinky has no control over and assumes no responsibility for their content. Access them at your own risk.
13. General Conditions
- Use the Service at your own risk; technical support is via support@moonlinky.com.
- Abuse of any Moonlinky team member or user may result in immediate termination.
- If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
14. Data Location & Customer Data
Moonlinky stores and processes data in Singapore. By using the Service you consent to this transfer. You remain the controller of your customer data; Moonlinky acts as processor per our Privacy Policy.
