Racing Television end User Conditions Rule The Footage is owned by Racing TV Limited ("Racing TV"). Racing TV will remain the special legal and beneficial owner of all copyright and intellectual residential or commercial property rights in the Footage in eternity. All rights not explicitly given herein are scheduled by Racing TV. Permissible Use and Restrictions You may see the Footage as soon as on an individual computer screen or mobile phone for individual, personal, domestic, non-commercial usages only in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will not: (a) Make the Footage offered to anyone else; (b) Use or see the Footage besides as expressly allowed by these terms, or copy, relay, broadcast, or interact the Footage to the public, nor may you include any portion of or all of the Footage in any devices or product save as specifically permitted under these terms and conditions or develop any enhancement or derivative works of any part or all of the Footage; (c) Save, edit, copy, change, distort, modify, distribute, reformat, disassemble, delay or duplicate the Footage and/or its transmission or do anything that is contrary to any of the moral rights or other rights of the copyright owner of the Footage; (d) Remove any product identification (including however not restricted to evaluate icons), legend or notice, or any proprietary or copyright notification from any part of the Footage; (e) Represent or declare that you own any part or all of the Footage or otherwise do anything that is inconsistent with TBS' and/or Racing TV's rights in the Footage; (f) Store or transfer any Footage to any publication, user group, other site, electronic publication board, newsletter, server or other storage device in any kind; or (g) Sell or commercially exploit any part or all of the Footage in any method.
